What is Sweet Tooth Hotel?

We are an interactive art gallery with a craft cocktail lounge located in Downtown Dallas. Our Mission is to contribute to the growth of the creative community in Dallas by inspiring and educating guests through immersive art exhibits and providing artists with a platform to showcase their work.

Are you a pop up?

No! We have a permanent location in Downtown Dallas. Buy tickets here.

We will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and other days throughout the year we're giving our team off. Please check the ticketing schedule for availability before you visit and to pre-book  your tickets.

PARKING 

DOWNTOWN DALLAS

Guests can park in the Tower Garage, which is on the right before our venue, and bring their ticket inside so we can validate it for free parking.We offer free two hour parking before 5:00pm and unlimited free parking after 5:00pm on weekdays and during operating hours on weekends (with validation).

    What time is Sweet Tooth Hotel open?

    Our hours are listed above, we are closed on Mondays so that our space can be booked for private events and photoshoots.

    Where can I buy tickets?

    You must buy tickets on our website. We only accept tickets purchased directly on our website and not from any third party websites. We will check all guests IDs to make sure that the person who has purchased the tickets is present. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final and we will accommodate transfers to other days for guests that are unable to attend due to illness.

    Repeat, if you do not have your tickets purchased ahead of time we will NOT allow you to enter the venue.

    Do you provide refunds or transfers?

    No, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of this experience we have a maximum amount of guests we will allow into each time slot. There are no exceptions. If you are unable to make your originally scheduled date because of an emergency we can reschedule your ticket based on availability.

    Are tickets available at the door?

    We request that guests purchase their tickets ahead of time. In the case that we have some guests no show, we will sell available tickets at the door.

    What type of payments do you accept?

    We are a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

    What time should I check-in?

    Weekday Check In: Due to our limited capacity, you must check in within the first 30 minutes of the one hour time slot you booked (ie. arrive before 1:30pm for a 1:00pm - 2:00pm time slot). If you are more than 30 minutes late for your time slot you must reschedule your visit.

    Weekend Check In: On Saturday and Sunday, guest entry is every 30 minutes. Due to our limited capacity, you must check in within the first 15 minutes of the time slot you booked (ie. arrive before 1:45 for a 1:30 - 2:30 time slot). If you are more than 15 minutes late for your time slot you must reschedule your visit.

    How many tickets can I purchase?

    Each guest can purchase up to 15 tickets. Groups can be accommodated by contacting hello@sweettoothhotel.com.

    Do you host private events?

    Yes we’d love to host your private event. Please contact us for more info: events@sweettoothhotel.com.

    Can I rent the space for a private photoshoot?

    Yes, Sweet Tooth Hotel is available for photography sessions. We do not allow boudoir or any nudity to be photographed in Sweet Tooth Hotel. Please contact us for more info: events@sweettoothhotel.com

    What should I wear?

    Dress to impress but please keep all private areas covered. We are an all ages venue so if your attire is not appropriate you will not be able to enter. Any violations of our dress code policy will resort in removal from the premises. 

    Do I need to print my ticket?

    No, you must present your ticket on your mobile phone. Each guest must have a valid ID to check in. If you selected Will Call, the purchaser must be present and present their ID to pick up the tickets. We will not honor any tickets purchased from a third party reseller or through scalpers. There must be at least one person whose ID matches the name on the tickets.

    What happens when I check in?

    We will scan your ticket at the door. If you arrive early we may ask you to wait outside until it’s your turn to enter the experience. We also require all guests to sign a waiver before they enter the experience.

    Can I go through the exhibit as much as I want?

    You will have full access during your one hour time slot to explore the space but once you move through one room you must exit into the next.

    Are children allowed?

    Yes children are allowed with adult supervision. However, we kindly ask that adults please keep children physically with them at all times to ensure the safety of the installations, the children themselves and our other visitors. Necessary steps vary for each child – some may need to have their hand held while going through the installation, while others may be fine with the occasional verbal reminder of the rules. This is obviously up to you as a parent or guardian, but we do ask adults to remain vigilant and mindful of their children’s whereabouts and behavior. Parents will be responsible for any damages associated with their children.

    All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Children over the age of 2 are required to have a ticket.

    Do I need a ticket for the Calirosa Cocktail Lounge?

    Our Calirosa Cocktail Lounge welcomes everyone and does not require a ticket.  We strongly recommend you book a table via open table. Seating is limited depending upon availability.

    After 7pm the cocktail lounge is 21+ only. We charge a 20% service fee to all orders which goes directly to our team.

    Can I bring food or drinks?

    No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks in the experience. Our Downtown Dallas location has the Calirosa Cocktail Lounge which serves boozy and non-boozy drinks and sweet treats. If you're booking a private rental we do allow outside catering.

    Can I bring balloons?

    Unfortunately due to fire hazards, we are unable to allow balloons into our venue during public hours. If you are booking a private rental we will work with your vendor to ensure the safety of any art installations.

    Do you have bathrooms?

    Yes we have restrooms available for our guests. These restrooms cannot be used as changing rooms.

    Do you offer coat check or stroller check?

    No, we do not offer storage for any of your personal belongings. Due to the size and uniqueness of the space we cannot allow any strollers inside. We cannot be held responsible for the safety or storage of any guests personal belongings.

    Are there any discounts?

    Children under 2 are free. We also offer a 10% discounts for student, military and senior citizens with valid ID on weekdays. Tickets must be purchased in-person and not online.

    Is photography allowed? Can I bring my selfie stick/tripod?

    Yes photography is encouraged! You can use your selfie stick or DSLR as long as you are not disturbing other guests. This will be up to the discretion of our managers. No large bags, wardrobe changes, extension camera gear or stationary equipment such as tripods or lights will be allowed in the exhibit. If you wish to book a private or commercial photoshoot please use this form to contact us.

    Private photoshoots can be booked outside of public hours or on Mondays when we are closed. Rates start at $250 per hour for a non-commercial crew of 10 or less and treatments must be submitted ahead of booking for approval. No boudoir photography is allowed.

    Do you offer press passes?

    You can request a press pass at hello@sweettoothhotel.com. These will be awarded based on availability.

    Is the space wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, we have designed Sweet Tooth Hotel to be ADA compliant. However not all parts of the installations are wheelchair accessible. If you have any special needs please let us know before you arrive or when you check in.

    Are pets allowed?

    We love animals but they are not allowed in Sweet Tooth Hotel except for service animals that are on a leash and controlled by their master as authorized by the applicable law.

    What type of payment do you take?

    We accept all forms of credit card payment. Cash and checks are not accepted at this time.

    Can I return or exchange merchandise from the gift shop?

    No, all purchases are final.
